Your entire album can then be downloaded with one easy click - to keep those memories forever.

Do I need to sign up or register?
Event hosts need an account to create a private album - sign-up is quick and easy and we ask for minimal personal information.
Guests do not need to sign up or register to access your album, or to upload photos and videos.
Do my guests need to sign up or pay to access my album?
No. Your guests do not need to sign up nor do they have to pay - not only is guest access free, it's also hassle-free! Guests who upload photos will only be asked for their name, so you know who the photographer is 😉
Do I, or my guests, need to install any apps?
No apps needed - for you, or your guests! Guests load the album link or scan the QR code with their camera app and Snaps opens instantly.
Can Snaps work without an internet connection?
No. You will need an internet connection at all times in order to use Snaps. A stable Wi-Fi or cellular data connection will work just fine.
How do guests share photos and videos?
You will have your own private link & QR code that guests can tap or scan with their camera app for instant access. From there they can swipe through the album, view a real time slideshow, and upload photos and videos. It is simply the easiest way to share photos and videos!
Can I delete photos and videos?
Yes, As an event host, you can delete any photo or video at any time. Guests can only delete photos and videos that they themselves have uploaded.

Yes. Guests can only delete photos and videos that they themselves have uploaded. They cannot delete anyone else's uploads.
Are photos and videos altered in any way?
No. Snaps does not alter, edit, resize, compress or change your uploads in any way. Your photos and videos are stored in the original quality they were uploaded at.

No. Snaps stores all photos and videos in the original quality they were uploaded at.
Can I customise the look?
Yes! You can customise your font, colour, and cover photo, as well as add your own guest Welcome message for when they access your album for the first time.
Can I download or print the QR code?
Yes, of course! Your QR code can be downloaded and used in any way you'd like - add it to invitations, or table displays for guests to scan.
What is secure location-based security?
This is an optional security feature unique to Snaps. When active, only guests at your chosen venue are allowed access - anyone not at the venue will be blocked. This setting can be toggled on/off in your album settings at any time while your album/event is active
What is Snaps LiveCast?
LiveCast is our real time photo wall, perfect for projectors and big-screen displays/TVs - it's a fun, interactive way to showcase photos for everyone to see. It also has filters you can choose from, enhancing each photo in real time for a rich, cinematic look.
What happens after the event?
Your photos and videos will be available for download for 14 days after your event, or until your album is deleted. After 14 days, your photos, videos and personal information is automatically, permanently deleted.
Is my data really private?
Absolutely! All your uploads are stored in your private, secure album on our servers. Snaps uses no third-party services - so your data never leaves our servers and is never shared.
Will my photos be used for marketing or used in any other way?
No, and no! Every single one of your album uploads belongs to you and you alone. Snaps will never use your photos or videos in any way - not on social media, not in marketing campaigns, not anywhere, ever.
